Metamorphose - Secret Laboratory OP in green.
It includes the cat hood and headdress. I'm the 2nd owner, and have only tried it on once. I had mistaken this dress for the purple colorway when I bought it. After attaining the purple colorway, I then only kept this dress as a reference so I could alter the purple colorway. It buttons up in the front, has a detachable collar bow, 2 detachable waist bows, and shirring in the back. The cat hood has its own detachable collar bow as well and buttons in the front.
