In good condition. Waist ties included. Skirt was alterated to fit 76 cm in waist. Tailor changed elastic part. Waist can go easily go 10 cm bigger. You can change elastic for smaller and skirt will go beck to original size. Since size was alterated, shape has slightly changed (back is less puffy). I bought it in mbok. Skirt is lined. Layer of tule sewn.
