Poodle applique skirt from Meta, in an A-line cut. I think this was the very first brand skirt I owned secondhand around 2006, in pretty good condition for its age. Missing the waist ties.

Found the waist ties :-).
Without stretching the elastic it's a 24.5 inch waist.
