I am the second owner. I have worn it once. It comes with a detachable waist bow that still has all of its pearls! 

It is an older piece and has expected use. The print is still very clear and the piece feels sturdy. There are a couple small discolorations that are barely noticeable when worn, and I have not tried to remove them so they may come out easily, but I do not know for sure. I have included pictures.
