This is the Band in the forest Bustle Skirt Version JSK from Metamorphose 
There's no damage, I just received it with one button for each waist ties instead of two, but it can be added easily.

JSK Measurements ♡
Length - Approximately 97 cm
Bust - 80 - 110 cm
Waist - 68 - 92 cm
There's a full back shirring on the dress.
(these measurements are approximative, and metamorphose didn't give the max size as usual.)

With the JSK I sell as a set a very cute hat from To Alice, matching the bears on the dress.
It's kinda the same blue, it's surprising !
