I would say the shoes are a true 7. i am a true blue 7.5. I originally ordered them in 8 but had bad gapping. So I send them back, and got these as Melissa does not offer half sizes. They were wearable enough for me to walk around in deep denial while they rubbed blisters into my heels and pinched my toes ☠️
