I bought 3 ruffled Overskirts/Capelets from MeLikesTea a couple of years ago, they’re very cute but I don’t find myself reaching for them.

I intended to wear them primarily as capelets and the brand recommended I buy them in size XS for that reason. The brand says that the waist measurement for that size would be 65cm~ (will stretch above that). I found this size worked well for me as a capelet with 50cm shoulders and 135cm bust.

I did not notice any stains or damage during my inspection.
