Gently used. See images for some slight discoloration on waistline, which can probably be removed with a little effort.
Bought directly about 2 years ago from Melikestea. It is the 45cm (about 17.7 inches) long version. The waist measures 72 cm (about 28.3 inches). Selling because it no longer fits me. Was a bit too large for my 24in-waist dress form.

Hi! How many cm does the waistband stretch out to? (And do you think it'd be uncomfortable to wear stretched out on a waist far beyond 72cm? Like 82-92cm?)

Stretched flat, the waistband stretches up to about 47cm, so I'd say this petticoat would work best for a 28 to 32 inch (71 to 81cm) waist. This is the link to the ready-to-ship listing from Melikestea's website: https://melikestea.com/product/rts-pt06v455/ They make the petticoats to a specific waist measurement (the one I have listed is 72cm), but the waistband is pretty stretchy so I'm sure it can accommodate a slightly larger size, but if your waist measurement is greater than 32in/81cm I cannot guarantee this will fit comfortably.
