The buckle is heart-shaped, and attached to a stretchy band. This means that the strap can slightly stretch when buckled, making them easier to put on and off without needing to undo the buckle.
The photos may look white due to the lighting, but the pleather is certainly off-white in person. The ruffles are white.

Heel (at back): 5cm
This essentially means that the shoe feels like a 3.5cm heel.

I stuck on the cheap heel cushion that came with these shoes. If you don't want them, they should be easy to peel off.
When I ordered these, I asked for the shipper to remove the box so shipping costs would be lower. As a result, these do not come in their original shoe box.
I only tried them on briefly (with thick socks) and decided that I don't love the colour. They're essentially new.
