Old school style 100% cotton skirt (no lining). Black base with accents that are pink with white polka dots. The back ribbon is waist ties that are included. It is short, with a length of 18"/46cm.

This is both altered but new with tags. I bought this NWT from Wunderwelt and unfortunately it didn't stretch enough to fit me comfortably. I have a 31" (79cm) waist and was able to get it on and force it to button, but it's way too tight to actually wear. I think it would fit someone with a waist just an inch or two smaller perfectly as is. Could go smaller if the elastic was re-attached.

I have no sewing skills, but I had someone help me to detach the elastic from one side of the skirt, so it's still in there but no longer functional and sewed back shut. The last photo shows the black thread used to close the hole.
