Long white Ruffle bloomers
These are some nice long bloomers that I haven't been able to wear with anything...so I'm selling them off! From "BestWish dress" on Taobao. https://bestwishlolita.taobao.com
The fabric is a bit stiff, so you need to take care when hang drying these. When I first washed these, I hung them dry and kept the bows in a nice 'shape'. This allowed them to keep form a bit better :)
