- Holds are not accepted: I’ve had very bad experiences with indecisive buyers. I will not accept holds unless a non-refundable deposit is made and there is a set date for the remaining payment. -Sales are final: Once we have agreed on the final cost and you have been invoiced, the sale is considered complete. If you decide not to make the payment at this point, I will leave negative feedback.
