Really cute with multiple layers on the bottom, there's a tulle layer, lace layer, and inner layer with lace on the bottom. For both straps, there is fraying at the back. It's easily fixable but I haven't tried it. That's the only flaw I can find with the jumperskirt. Liz Lisa bloomers:
These are really short and unless you're under 5 feet I don't recommend wearing these out, but they work as bloomers, and work well with this jumperskirt. No flaws found and they're made from a cute cotton eyelet cloth.
