I purchased this skirt second hand and don't wear it often enough to justify keeping it! It's absolutely stunning with beautiful details and lace. I've only worn it twice! Excellent condition! The original product was supposed to come with suspenders thus there are buttons located inside the skirt at the waist area. The previous seller did not sell the suspenders with the skirt and therefore, the product will be sold AS IS. I estimate that the absolute max the waist can stretch is 90cm.
