Gorgeous wine red underskirt from the Taobao brand Little Dipper. Out of the pictures, the featured one showing the full underskirt on a hanger is more accurate to how the colour is in real life (not sure what my camera was doing for the close up!). I am the original owner and wore this underskirt once. It is in good condition, although there are some loose threads. Rough garment measurements are waist- 25-38 inches and length 25 inches
