PLEASE NOTE this dress has been quite loved by someone before me. It is missing the white collar pictured in the lolibrary link, as well as the front laces. The price does reflect this.

Last owner modified this by attaching an extra 7 inches of fabric to each strap and then wearing it in a halterneck style, crossed at the back to give some extra length in the bust. It could be altered back to its original condition fairly easily. It includes the sash as pictured.

I will also include the 'matching' tights from this set at no extra cost, though be warned that they don't even remotely match the dress. They came to me this way, and I have never worn them.

Bust 86-106cm, waist 74-89cm though you would probably want to be on the smaller end of those measurements. I had a 103cm bust and 92cm waist when I wore this and it fit--barely.
