I purchased this when I was on my first trip to Japan! This is my first Lolita piece. Great starter piece! High quality! It has been worn many times by me but it still has some life left. The skirt has been gently washed prior to listing. There is a stain on the skirt but it is not noticeable unless you look closely. Some black specks of the piano print have come off. There is also 2 snags on the tulle. The price reflects the damage/condition of the skirt. Damage will be shown in photos. Fits ~100cm, full elastic waist band, it can fit a few more cms on the waist. Material: velvet, tulle, polyester
