Cute otome skirt from Jane Marple features classic Winnie the Pooh allover print on black. Tiered style skirt has pockets built into the tier level at each side. Skirt has elastic waist with drawstring at center front. Skirt is vintage older style (early 2000's?) and is in good condition for it's age with a bit of piling to lining.
