Icing Utopia Underskirt - Cream
This underskirt was sold along side the Hear the Wing Sing JSKs by Icing Utopia. I have some underskirts already, so I'm selling this one off to make room. This underskirt is meant to poke out a bit under you regular skirt, or it allows you to open up side buttons so you can see the underskirt slightly in your coord. The skirt is soft and ruffly!!
