A handmade cotton skirt with white lace and partial shirring, which I bought some years ago from the person who made it. It is still a very beautiful skirt, but I don't wear it anymore. It comes with a matching bow, which has no attachement on it, so it can be used either as a clip or a headbow. The sewing is not professional, so there are some loose threads. The waistband also has a small, but unnoticable hole and it is wrinkled from storage. Otherwise it is in good condition.
