Classic handmade skirt

Handmade skirt by myself, in great condition and very poofy, material is sturdy but not heavy.
Would look great in a classic cord! 
Selling due to lack of space in my own wardrobe.

Only flaw is the hem at the end of the floral overskirt has come undone but doesn't show when worn, can otherwise be fixed easily!
Waistband is very elastic so fits variety of sizes, waist is around 70cm to maybe 90cm? could be more or less.
