Plus size friendly petticoat, hand made, can stretch quite a ways. My waist is 43 inches and it almost falls off me. The seam around the elastic band is coming undone but it can easily be fixed, I'm just lazy and don't want to do it myself. Shipping within the us $6 with tracking. Everywhere else please inquire.
