This suit is custom made and unlined. It has a slight over all worn feel and is wrinkled. The bottom of the skirt is surrounded with hearts with bows inside and the jacket has heart pockets. The skirt waistband is elastic stretching from 23" to 34" (although I'm sure it is not comfortable at 34"). The length is 21" (including 1" of lace). The bust on the jacket measures around 36 1/2" and the sleeve length is 22". Allergy Warning: I have two long haired cats
