The size says 23. (it's exactly 23 cm as sole lenght)
I'm 23,0 (european 36) but I have very small and narrow feet. It was possible for me to wear them but it's a really tight fit.
Not something to wear all day without killing your feet.
As my recommendation it would be better for a size 22 to wear them. (34/35)
I actually to have a pair in size 24 for me in silver and they still fit my feet but with more comfort while wearing them.
