1. I am based in the USA and generally do not ship overseas; however, I will occasionally ship to a serious buyer located outside of the USA. PM me to find out if I can ship to your location and how much it would cost.
2. All packages are sent through USPS. For convenience, my shipping prices are estimates and I usually charge the buyer a little under what I end up paying when I post. However, if I charge you $5 or more over what I pay, I will refund you the difference through PayPal.
3. I generally ship items via the cheapest (tracked) method. If you would like a shipping upgrade, PM me before buying.

Hi there! Thank you for your comment. Sorry I don't have official measurements b/c this dress was custom made for the previous owner (^o^;) but here are the ones I took: The length of the dress is 82 cm from the top of the bodice to the hem of the skirt (57 cm from the waist down). I measured the bust and waist while I was wearing the dress... bust came to about 88 cm, and waist is 74 cm. The shirring at the back allows for (I'd estimate) a good 5cm of leeway either way. Also, the bust is slightly contoured. Hope this helps!
