NWOT A/P Shirring Pullover

Recent purchase from Mercari as I really wanted a blouse with neck ties. It's super cute but doesn't work for the coords I had it in mind for.
I have only briefly tried it on. The first owner never wore it out, either.
I would recommend it for someone petite. It fits my 32-inch bust and definitely stretches but the shirring causes it to cling tightly.
When I received it, I noticed a loose thread on the inside of the collar in the back - it doesn't seem to affect the fit or construction, but it is there and I do not know the implications it might have if it continues to unravel (see fifth picture).
To those with allergies, I have cats but they are not allowed near my lolita. Still, I can't 100% guarantee the package won't come into contact with any cat hair before I ship it out - thank you for understanding!
