Thick and soft polyester. Comes with alligator clip sunflower ribbon (very cute on a beret!) Washed and cared for. There is a tiny burn hole (pictured) on a ruffle that was on the dress when I received it (I am a non-smoking household). Full-back shirring, very cute for summertime. Super comfortable.
