I'm open to trades! For any sort of shorter & tiered black skirts. 

I'm doing the evil thing, and I'm splitting the set! I've linked the set this was part of. I altered the camisole smaller to fit me, but don't really like the skirt on its own that much, it's a bit too long/poofy (silly thing to say about Lolita, LOL!)]

It is lined & has some tulle in it, as you can see in the last two pictures. I've worn it with the big wunderwelt petticoat, and it does fit, but you can see a little bit of it since the lace is see-through, so I'd advise getting a black one, or a shorter one. It looks okay with smaller petticoats too.
The shirring doesn't feel stretched out. Pretty simple, versatile skirt. The lace on the bottom is quite nice - picture [3]!

Damage:
1. Some tiny white scuffs (pics [6, 7, 8] - I'm not sure what they are, I'm assuming makeup (?) the item has been washed multiple times, but they're there, and they've been there since I got it. They're not that noticeable when worn, but I tried my best to show them off here.
2. Raschel lace is scuffed/slightly damaged/messy in places - please refer to pictures [4, 5]

Measurements (amateur!! so proceed with caution):

Waist: ~31cm flat
There is some shirring, so I'd say around 66cm might be the max size it's comfortable at - if you are above 62/63cm waist, keep this in mind! The skirt has interfacing at the front of the waistband, so it's pretty sturdy.

Item has been washed! You can handwash it, but I've machine washed it a bunch of times too. Just wash it on a shorter cycle & I'd say keep it around 30C, not higher... it is cotton, though, and I haven't found it to bleed or anything like that. 

Smoke-free, cat owner's house. The item will be lint rolled, but please keep this in mind, just in case.
I also use incense in the house, and while I keep my clothing away from the smoke, please keep that in mind, too :-)
