Starter kit petticoats

Contents:
- Waist cinch that measures 30cm flat/unstretched , new without tags
- Long petti, waist is 35-60cm laid flat, new with tag
- Short petti, waist is 30-50 laid flat. the short petti is very shoddy quality and doesn't count toward price. see photo for rip in elastic
