I bought this from a lolita consignment shop booth at a convention last year but I haven't really had a use for it/it doesn't fit with the wardrobe i'm building! No stains, no brand marked. Skirt is lined and has a fully elasticized waist that stretches up to 50'', I'd say it fits up to 46'' comfortably. Skirt has one pocket!! The cotton is very soft and has been washed. 

Comes from a home with cats, though we do our best to keep them away from clothing.
