NWOT - purchased here on Lace Market, but never actually worn by myself.

Has some some poof built-in with the organza ruffles on the lining towards the bottom. Can be worn with a petticoat, a hoop skirt, or even on its own. It’s very lofty! The poof is real. Elastic waist rests at 22” around and stretches out to approx. 40” to the max.
