FanPlusFriend White petticoat/bloomer combo!
Bought second hand used a few years ago, originally by the brand FanPlusFriend. Tag says it's a Size M. I have not personally worn it and I don't think the previous owner did as they seems to be no sign of wear. In wonderful condition still and no stains. The color is white. However for a petticoat it barely offers any poof at all, but it does have bloomers/shorts underneath the skirt.
