Very plus friendly piece! The shirring is generous. It is perfectly cute for warmer weather too~

Waist: 35-50 inches
(will stretch a few more inches though)
Length: 37 + 2 inches lace
(I am 5 foot 3 + short legs + petti, sits to middleish of my knee) The lace on the sleeves are dyed navy blue. In the process, there are faint spots on the white strips on the collar and sleeves. Honestly, it does not bother me at all, and you can't see it a few feet away. Secondhand- Never came with a necktie! I had to make a red one out of chiffon (very cute, not included) Has corset lacing to be smaller or bigger.
