A lovely blouse with ruffles down the front. Too small for me! :C  is a Lady's Size 70. Goes with the "Time Traveler" Steam punk high waisted skirt that I am also selling. Was wayyy to small for me, but is super cute! If you are interested in both items, and keeping the set together I can do a combined price! :3
