I purchased this from F+F about a year ago. I loved it under all of my AP dresses. But i've moved to more of an otome wardrobe and it just doesn't suit those dresses at all. I experimented a lot with this cage skirt, made some rips, removed the boning so I could make it shorter when needed and then I put it back to where it is normal. The price is to reflect these cosmetic damages I caused. The cage skirt is perfectly usable as a petticoat and the shape is not compromised, the damage is only cosmetic.
