I bought this from a convention at the Elegy stand a year ago and only wore it once a few days ago. Even though I love the print, the cut doesn't look very good on me so I'm letting it go. The flat measurements I took are:
Bust: 15in
Waist: 14in
Though the back is shirred and it could stretch if need be. There is no zipper, you just pull the dress over, so I recommend being close to those measurements to ensure the dress would fit.
The blouse and purse are offbrand from taobao, but I'm including them in the sale because I bought them only to go with the jsk. The shoes are a 7m in US womens sizing, I can also include them if requested. I have dogs, but I keep them away from my wardrobe. I wash my clothing before shipping unless requested not to, or if I think the garment might be damaged in the process. I am always open to trades!

All sales are final and non-refundable, but if something happened to your item during shipping I will be glad to help in any way I can but keep in mind that I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the item has been shipped with tracking it is no longer my responsibility.
International prices for shipping are as low as I can safely make them, heavier items will cost more.

I accept holds and payment plans if need be, but I will not put a hold on an item longer than two weeks. After a two weeks I’ll re-list it. For payment plans 20% of the cost must be paid up front, and that 20% is non-refundable.
If the item is under 100 dollars I will not accept a payment plan.
I have dogs, but they are kept away from my wardrobe. All items are washed before they are shipped unless the item has never been worn, or I think the item may be damaged in the process.
