The bear head on the chest is removable. There is no shirring and I couldn't find a zipper. It cns go up to a waist of 82cm but I wouldn't go any bigger than that!!

It's still in great condition! It also comes with the bear headdress. One of the ears came lose and I was about to leave for a trip so I quickly grabbed a previously threaded needle (that had mint thread) and sewed it. It isn't fantastic work but isn't that noticable unless you're looking.
