Bought brand new during made to order release. Worn 3-5 times. Includes rosette and waist ties. Rosette has small wrinkle on ribbon. Dry cleaners got most of it out, otherwise not very noticeable.

Star buttons have been reenforced. No other modifications have been made.

There's a small stain on the hem of the skirt, otherwise very good condition. Any questions feel free to ask!
