how long are the legs and wide is the waist? also shipping to australia?

Well thats hard to answer but I measured the tights unstrechted
Waist : 19,5 cm ( but like I said that is completely unstrechted and I wont stretch them sorry )
Legs : 92,5 cm unstretched
