WAIST TIES MISSING, TINY HOLE + WAS ALTERED, PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION

OKAY, so I admit, this is a tough one. This was my first dream dress and I still love it dearly, but i have it THREE times now and idk i have too much stuff man.
I altered it when I got it a few years ago and used the waist ties to make the bodice bigger. Then I lost like. A LOT of weight and altered it back. So it has the original measurements again (see below). There is however a tiny hole next to one of the seams at the bodice which was caused by my sewing machine which should be an easy fix, if it bothers you, but it's barely visible imo. I've attached detailed photos of all damages and alterations. The price reflects the condition. I'm not a professional seamstress but i did my best.

The dress has a general feeling of wear, but it's freshly cleaned. The lose threads at the side bustle and collar are intentional and not part of the damage, the navy one which I own (which is in mint condition) has those as well.


I said that the waist ties are missing, but I'm 90% sure I know where they are (and also the buttons, let me know if you want me to sew them back on if I find them, no big deal) so it'll probably come with the waist ties (which are kind of on the short side now lol) plus the fabric i used to make it bigger.
UPDATE: Found the waist ties! Still searching for the buttons, but honestly those should be easy to replace.
