Damaged Dear Celine Bell Sleeved Lace Blouse
I got this blouse awhile ago but I have not worn it more than once because I got a large stain on one of the arms :( I spot cleaned it, but it is still visible. If you would like a go at it good luck! It is also missing the ribbon in the back. It was just plain white ribbon and can easily be replaced.
