brand new classic lolita skirt + brooch

It's name is Countess's Autumn Travel from Indie brand Essily. I love it very much and just received it from my oversea package. I bought 2 colors, another one is blue.
However the waist is a bit tight for me. I will need to purchase another one with a bigger size.

The price is for the skirt + brooch shown in the picture. The item is new with tag in its original packaging.
