Closet Cleaning Time

CP Bell Petticoat. Lenght is 45cm and the waist is free size, but the most comfortable waist will go up to 78cm. Has white lacing on the bottom, the petticoat itself is blue. The material is very soft and smooth, holds up a nice bell/ cupcake shape.
I am the first owner of this petticoat :)

Comes from a pet and smoke free environment. 


*Note: The petticoat may wrinkle during shipping process, but the material is dryer safe and wrinkles can be knocked out with a steamer. I will steam the petticoat before shipping to lessen the chances of it wrinkling during shipment.
