Classical Puppet A-line Petticoat White
Downsizing my collection so I'm letting go of this petticoat. It's from Classical Puppets and it's very fluffy. There's a small tear in one of the layers (see photo) but it's not a problem when worn.
The slip inside is not as full, it stretches to about 42" in the hip area. It fits a variety of waist sizes but I think 32" is probably the max.
