Classic Puppet bell shaped petticoat - WHITE
USED CONDITION, DAMAGED
This is a used petticoat but there is still a lot of life left.
This is a major damage which is shown in the photos. The tulle has started to fray and the stitching has come apart. I simply used a safety pin to clip this part together. It can also be repaired by sewing back together.
Has been washed prior to listing.
Still has a lot of life left. It has medium volume.
