A very beautiful dress that I purchased from lacemarket around a year ago. It's from taobao brand Cheval de Bois and it is a very pretty dress, but I have only worn it once and I feel it's just filling out my closet and I hope someone else will give it a new home.Added: I forgot to mention that the collar is removable and you can wear the dress without it as well.
Measurements
I can't find any official measurements, but the dress is very forgiving. According to the seller I bought it from, the waist is from 60 cm to 120 cm. But, the collar says L, but it sits very tight on my neck So if you have a thicker neck, then keep that in mind.
Added: Waist: 60-120 cm Shoulders: 40 cm (can probably stretch out more) Collar: around 37 cm.
Condition
Some damages and it's wrinkled (due to storages). The major damages are that two buttons from the cuffs have been ripped and are (unfortunately) lost. It's still useable and if you have some similar buttons, you maybe can fix it. But the buttons are slightly not secured. It looks that it has been sewen on with a very thin thread, so I think that's the major issue. As I pointed out, it's wrinkled but perhaps can be fixed by ironing it on a low temperature or steaming.

I, unfortunately, can't find any official measurements anywhere. :( But from the previous seller I bought it from, they said the waist goes from 60 cm up to 120 cm and I have to say that's very accurate. The shirring of this dress is very, very forgiving. The shoulders of the dress also have shirring and therefore it suits a variety of sizes. I have around 110 cm bust and 92 cm waist and this dress suits me and is also comfortable. The only issue I have had is the collar because it sits very tight around my neck.

But I measured the collar and it's around 37 cm. The shoulders can stretch out to 40 cm, perhaps even more because there is some sort of shirring there as well.
