Advertised as DoL on Qutieland, label inside says Sweet Angel.
Made of thick velvety material this does NOT feel as cheap as Qutieland described it!

It is partially shirred at the back.

Comes with a free bubble skirt that fits perfectly underneath as a casual petticoat.
