Cecil McBee Sailor Cutsew

I purchased this adorable sailor style cutsew from Cecil McBee during a trip to Japan last year. Unfortunately I have not gotten around to wearing it so off it goes! It has been washed and tried on several times but never worn out. It fits me great with a 34" bust and 27" waist. The tie is not detachable but can be untied and retied.
