The outside of the shoe overall looks nice - you can see some yellowed glue (?) inside the bows. Minor crease and a scuff found.
The biggest issue is that the little piece you use to buckle in the heart part just.. vanished? It's a mystery I'll take to my grave I suppose. I have no idea where it is but I suppose you can DIY one...
