This skirt is really lovely! I bought it used but never wore it. It's very high quality, and it has some amount of flounce to it even without a petticoat. It's missing the long black ribbon used to tie up the corset back, but it was just a black ribbon so that would be easy to replace. There's a long pull or abnormality in the fabric, which is pictured, but it's just in one area and isn't getting worse.
